For Assistant Manager's Position:

ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and helps implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and
exceed business goals
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer
focus through the Sales Generation Manager program
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Floor Supervisors,
Sales Associates, and Cashiers
• Training and development of Floor Supervisors, Sales Associates, and
Cashiers
• Manage implementation & execution of all company initiatives within
the store
• Visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution, adjustments
and feedback on strategies
• Utilizes performance appraisals and coaching to effectively develop
staff
• Effectively & proactively recruits and develops bench strength
• Builds positive morale in store
FLOOR SUPERVISOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and helps implement strategies and initiatives to achieve
and exceed business goals
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain
customer focus through the Sales Generation Manager program
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Sales Associates,
and Cashiers
• Training and development of Sales Associates, and Cashiers
• Responsibility for assisting in management of sales, shrink, controllable
expenses including payroll
• Visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution,
adjustments and feedback on strategies
• Compliance with Sales Generation, Direct Replenishment (if applicable)
and Recovery Programs
• Analyze and monitor sales performance and inventory management by
department
• Builds positive morale in store

Great Opportunity for a District Manager
Company Information
Shoe Pavilion, a growing company, is expanding! We are an independent
footwear retailer offering a broad selection of women's, men's and kids designer
label and name brand merchandise. Shoe Paviliion seeks aggressive, results
oriented individuals to join our retail management team as District Managers
for the Los Angeles regions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee a group of retail shoe stores and maximize annual sales growth
- Reduce stores controllable expense in payroll, shrikage and wc claims
- Analyze business trends and respond to them by communicating with merchandise
pyramid.
- Ensure that Store Managers are accountable in adhering to all policies
and procedures.
- Candidate will develop coach and train mid-level to store managers and
develop a succession plan to fill regional positions.
Job Qualifications
- Min. 2-3 yrs experience in multi-store operations
- Shoe experience preffered
- Effective leadership and management skills
- Retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have good follow-thru
- Excellent communication skills
